Overview of G.AF Cooling Fan Energy Efficiency Controller:

The G.AF Cooling Pump Energy Efficiency Controller is professionally applied in central air conditioning cooling systems. It features a communication interface with refrigeration hosts, real-time collection of outdoor environmental temperature and humidity, and process pipeline data. It communicates with the central air conditioning intelligent controller, which aggregates and analyzes the obtained information to control the number, frequency, opening, and switching of cooling pump inverters, soft switches, cooling system switching valves, and regulating valves. Simultaneously, it collects feedback data, energy consumption data, and uploads them to the central air conditioning intelligent controller via the communication bus.

Functions of G.AF Cooling Pump Energy Efficiency Controller:

1: First, the freezing system performs constant temperature control, using the return water temperature signal as the target signal.

2: Second, the target value of the pressure difference can be appropriately adjusted within a certain range based on the return water temperature. When the room temperature is low, the target value of the pressure difference is appropriately reduced, decreasing the average speed of the freezing pump and improving energy-saving effects.

3: Third, during operation, environmental temperature factors are considered, further enhancing energy-saving effects.

4: Finally, feedback data is collected, analyzed, and stored, generating new control rules and incorporating them.

5: Regularly organize and analyze control data to revise new control strategies, ensuring optimal system control.

6: Collect data from power meters installed in the circuit, calculate the system's comprehensive energy consumption ER curve, and optimize control further.
